Move at the pace
AI demands.
Without losing what matters.

Most leaders are moving fast on AI.
Few of them are managing what it costs organisationally.

What it looks like when change outruns clarity

Accountability

AI doesn't respect your org chart. The decisions it surfaces sit between functions, between teams, between roles. Nobody's sure whose call it is - so it becomes nobody's call.

Communication

You've communicated the AI strategy. But you don't actually know if it landed - or if teams believe it.

Talent at Risk

Your best people are watching carefully. Some are already exploring options. Nobody is saying this in the meetings.

Prioritization

Everyone is experimenting with AI. Nobody agrees on what success looks like. It's not acceleration - it's scatter.

Us vs. Them

Some teams are accelerating. Others are falling behind. The gap is creating friction nobody wants to name.

Slow Execution

You've made the announcement. You've reorganized the teams. Six months later, the change hasn't actually landed. The effort was real - but something essential is missing.

Our Process

How We Work

01
Understanding Your Needs

We start with a no-assumptions conversation to understand if your challenges are organisational design issues. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.

02
Analysis

On-site visits, structured interviews, and quantitative surveys to map how your organisation actually works -not how you think it works. We identify bottlenecks, responsibility gaps, and misaligned incentives.

03
Assessment + Action Plan

A clear diagnostic of what's broken and why, plus a prioritized action plan. You'll understand the root causes and have a roadmap to fix them.

04
Implementation & Support

We decide together how much support you need: coaching leadership through changes, facilitating team restructures, or staying close while the new direction takes hold. Duration and scope are set based on your situation.

Every engagement includes Takt - a proprietary mechanism built into the work from day one, compounding context and coaching throughout the transformation and beyond.

01
Perspective
What makes us different

We've been in these rooms.

The insight we bring doesn't come from a library. It comes from years spent inside fast-moving tech and gaming organisations - not studying them, but working in them. Shipping products, navigating growth, sitting in the hard conversations where strategy meets reality and something has to give. That experience doesn't just add credibility. It changes what we notice, which questions we ask, and which answers we trust. When we walk into an organisation, we're not starting from a framework. We're starting from recognition.

02
Diagnosis
What makes us different

We diagnose before we prescribe.

The temptation in this work is to arrive with an answer. We don't. Before recommending anything, we do the actual work of understanding - how decisions really get made, where communication breaks down, what leadership believes to be true versus what people on the ground actually experience. It's not a light exercise. It's structured diagnosis: interviews, assessment, an honest map of how the organisation functions underneath the org chart. Only once we have that read do we design what comes next.

03
Commitment
What makes us different

We stay until it holds.

The goal is never a report. It's not a strategy deck presented to leadership and filed away. It's something different actually happening inside the organisation - and still holding six months after we leave. That means we don't hand off recommendations and move on. We support implementation across every level: organisational design, change communication, and - where it matters - direct coaching of the leaders whose own habits and clarity determine whether the change holds or quietly reverts. The real work doesn't end when the diagnosis is done.

Who we work with

Built for tech and gaming organisations.

Our work is particularly suited to product-led organisations in tech and gaming - companies that move fast, think in systems, and have little patience for interventions that create overhead without changing anything. We understand the culture from the inside, which means less time explaining context and more time working on what actually matters.

If your organisation is outside those sectors but recognises the challenge - reach out anyway. The fit is usually obvious within the first conversation.

Alex Skepp, Founder

Alex founded Org Fwd and leads every client engagement personally. More than 20 years inside fast-moving organisations - across gaming, tech, and beyond - not observing them from the outside, but working in them. As a producer, a growth team member, a coach working alongside leads at King and Spotify, to name a few. Over time, a habit formed: step back, read the pattern, ask the question others are too close to ask.

That same instinct is what organisational change actually demands. The hard calls, the tradeoffs, the things people know but won't say out loud. When you work with Org Fwd, that's the experience in the room.

Structured work, grounded in real understanding of how these organisations actually function.
